Thursday Night Social with Opening Remarks: What We Yearn For/What the World Yearns For
Join us for a social gathering at The Nature Place in La Crosse! We will have light appetizers, a scavenger hunt, and poster sessions to celebrate the opening of the 2023 Midwest Environmental Education Conference in this beautiful venue! Dr. Ruth Wilson will offer the opening remarks entitled, "What We Yearn For/What the World Yearns For" for the 2023 MEEC at this event.

Light Catering will be provided by Wild Bearies, a nonprofit that strives to bring indigenous ancestral foods to the community in nurturing, nutritious ways. Space is limited to 200 people, you must have a separate ticket for this event which can be purchased on the Sched App.
